Terms and Conditions

Important Notice: All customers are required to read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before booking any services, whether online or via phone call. By scheduling an appointment with Detailing Boyz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Customer Responsibilities

  • All customers must remove personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle before any detailing services are performed.

  • Detailing Boyz will not accept any liability for the loss or damage of personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, belongings inside the vehicle, or the service provided.

  • Ensure your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area. If you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns with the technician.

2. Service at Customer's Own Risk

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand standard cleaning processes.

  • Detailing Boyz does not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all interior lights, headlights, and other electrical components are turned off after the service is completed.

3. Booking, Deposit, and Scheduling

  • A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service.

  • We cannot guarantee firm arrival times when accepting your booking. Detailing times are estimates, and the duration may vary based on the condition of the vehicle.

  • We reserve the right to use independent contractors to perform detailing services and may change the assigned detailer at short notice without penalty.

  • While we strive to keep bookings within the scheduled time window, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or equipment issues may cause delays, which do not void our cancellation policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure bookings. Payments will be processed securely through our authorized payment provider.

  • Our prices are based on the type of detailing, the condition of the vehicle, and the services required. The quoted price may vary if additional work is needed due to the vehicle’s condition.

  • A minimum 20% surcharge will apply to jobs involving excessive pet hair, bodily fluids, hazardous materials, or difficult-to-remove stains.

  • All prices listed are exclusive of applicable local or state taxes unless otherwise stated during checkout.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel any booking. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 25% of the service cost.

  • Same-day cancellations will also incur a 25% fee.

  • Detailing Boyz reserves the right to reschedule or alter a booking in line with staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failures. The customer will be notified in advance when possible.

6. Liability and Damages

  • Detailing Boyz will not be liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or its components. It is the customer’s responsibility to report any known damage or issues before the service.

  • We are not responsible for damage to fragile, deteriorating, or aging parts, such as emblems, antennas, trims, and rubber seals, which may become loose or damaged during normal cleaning processes.

  • We are not liable for any damage resulting from cleaning, washing, or detailing procedures on aftermarket modifications, non-original equipment, or specialty parts.

  • Detailing Boyz will not be held responsible for the complete removal of certain stains or odors. While every effort is made to remove stains and odors, complete removal is not guaranteed.

  • Detailing Boyz is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle during the service.

7. Service Guarantee

  • If there is clear evidence that the technician did not fulfill the service as ordered or there is evidence of poor craftsmanship, Detailing Boyz will offer to redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service or provide a partial refund.

  • Unauthorized cleaning or repairs after the service voids our Service Guarantee.

  • Any claims or issues with the service must be reported within 48 hours of the service completion. Supporting images must be sent to [email] within 24 hours of the claim being made.

8. Limit of Liability

  • Detailing Boyz's liability is limited to the amount paid for the detailing service provided. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment of the vehicle.

  • Any liability for claims arising from the service provided is limited to the total cost of the service provided.

9. Indemnity

  • By booking with Detailing Boyz, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Detailing Boyz, its employees, and subcontractors harmless from all liability, damages, or costs arising from the service provided, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. Force Majeure

  • Detailing Boyz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, mechanical breakdowns, or other unforeseen events.

11. Communication and Privacy

  • By booking a service, you agree to receive SMS notifications to confirm your service, provide information about the detailer, and conduct a post-service satisfaction survey.

  • We may call or message you for scheduling, service updates, or post-service feedback.

  • All customer details, including name, contact information, and vehicle details, may be shared with third-party contractors if necessary to fulfill your service request.

12. Payment and Service Conditions

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service. Failure to pay may result in the invalidation of any Service Guarantee and forfeiture of redo services or discounts.

  • Failure to disclose any extreme conditions (e.g., heavy stains, foul odors, hazardous materials) at the time of booking may void the Service Guarantee.
